How can I access the dangerous goods handling guide?

Port loading requests vary depending on the agency. Requests for CMA CGM, MAERSK LINE, and TURKON lines must be submitted by filling out a job request form and sending it to tcemusteri@tceege.com.tr by 15:30 one day before the loading date. For requests from agencies other than those mentioned, arrangements can be made by contacting the relevant agency.

We do not offer container lashing services.

Container unlashing service is provided. The service is billed according to the customers tariff.

Information regarding whether the shipment has been received at the warehouse is provided to the relevant forwarder. You can contact the forwarder to inquire about its status.

Imported partial loads can be accepted into the warehouse. If the loads are palletized and include labor, the maximum weight must be 40 kg. Limited quantity IMO 9 and other IMDG loads are not accepted into the warehouse.

The visual and technical drawings of the project cargo, along with its dimensions and tonnage, must be submitted to the customer service department for approval. Subsequently, the cost details will be communicated by the same department.

Customs procedures can begin once the container has been unloaded from the ship.

For full unloading operations, you can create a user account online, generate requests through your account, and calculate storage fees. For your internal unloading operations, you can fill out the Tceege job request form and contact customer service for support regarding storage fee calculations.

For export container transfers, agent confirmation is required; therefore, contact the agent first. If the agent confirms, the process can continue with customer service. A container-to-container transfer application must be submitted, necessary permits obtained from customs, and the original, signed by the customs officer, must be delivered to the port customs unit. A supervisor must be present during the transfer.

If a customs broker makes an incorrect payment, they should contact the finance department to have the payment refunded. The correct payment should be received and the incorrect payment returned.

If the payment is insufficient, an additional payment receipt must be provided. If there is an excess, the accounting department should be contacted to process the refund.

For container handling of dangerous goods, the MSDS form must be submitted to customer service. The required documents will be sent to you via email after the review process.

The services performed include container loading and unloading, internal stuffing and emptying, CFS (Customs Freight) warehouse operations, reefer monitoring, customs inspection, verification, x-ray procedures, and BB (Battlefield) ship loading and unloading.
